Please note that our terms and conditions have been modified to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All purchases from 1st October 2015 are governed by these new terms:

 

ORDERING

Please make sure both the e-mail and home address you provide to us are correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order correspondence will be sent to that e-mail address. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please note in particular that:

No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.

All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges).

Your payment card will be debited immediately.

No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.Custom or Made to Order ItemsMade to Order is when an item has to be custom ordered in a colour, quantity and size of your choice; this applies to any item not held 'in stock' in our store including but not limited to wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses.

The main characteristics of the items purchased are as displayed on the front of the order sheet and more fully described on the website, www.bridaloasisgowns.co.uk, where appropriate.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Made to Order items are excluded from the statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The total payable(including VAT) is as displayed on your order sheet.

Items can be collected from store or are delivered within the UK free of charge.

If your order includes Made to Order items you may choose to pay a 50% deposit at the time of ordering; in which case you are committed to pay the balance of the order price within 14 days of the item(s) arriving in store.

Items can be delivered to the store anytime from the date the order is placed to the delivery date provided on the order sheet.

Measurements are used to guide size choice but garments are not made to your exact measurements; you should always order the size your measurements suggest when compared to the size chart of the relevant designer on our website or in store.

It is normal for items to need alteration by a seamstress for a 'perfect fit'; these are at the customer's expense and to be provided privately by a seamstress of the customer's choice.

Swatches are provided for general reference only and we cannot be held liable for variation in the actual colour of the garments supplied by the designer.

We highly recommend that all dresses for any one event are ordered together to minimise any impact relating to dye lots.

Any item not paid for and collected/delivered after 14 days will be subject to a storage fee of £25 per week for each bridesmaid dress, Prom dress or eveningdress and £50 per week for each wedding dress which will be added to your balance.

All items remain our property until full payment has been received; including any storage fees.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you believe there is a fault with any item delivered to you.

 

Sale and Items delivered from stock - when purchased Online

You have the right to cancel your order and return the items to us within 14 days of receipt.To exercise your cancellation right please email: bridaloasis@yahoo.co.uk before the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period.

Please state item(s) to be returned, date ordered and name the order was placed under.

We will acknowledge your email and you should then return the item.

You should not delay the return but have 14 days for the item to be returned to the shop address as given above.

We will refund your initial purchase price on receipt, but do not refund postage charges.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the items being received back at the shop/Items must be returned in the condition in which they were supplied; we will deduct an amount from the refund if the returned item is deemed damaged or worn.

We will inform you if this is the case.

Please note certain items cannot be returned if opened - underwear including hoops and jewellery items including earrings.  

For your own protection, we do recommend that you use a 'signed for' delivery service that also insures you for the full cost of the garment.

As any item lost in the post when en-route to us will NOT be refunded.

As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, there may be small errors in our catalogue. We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
